1. Transaction Agreement

By completing a transaction with us, you enter into a legally binding agreement for the selected courier service. Once a booking has been confirmed and processed, cancellations or changes are generally not permitted unless otherwise explicitly stated on our platform.

2. Cancellation Policy

Requests for cancellation will be entertained only before the parcel has been dispatched. Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of Star International Courier, and additional information may be requested to process your request.

Once the shipment has been dispatched, the transaction is considered final, and cancellations will not be permitted.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:

• ✅ The service provided does not match the description as stated on our website.

• ✅ TPickup Charges and Packaging Meatirial cost will be deducted.

• ✅ TThe shipment was not delivered due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect handling, loss during transit due to proven negligence).

Refund requests must be raised within three (3) days of the transaction date or delivery date, whichever is later.

All refund claims are subject to verification. Star International Courier holds the sole discretion to approve or reject a refund request based on the information provided and the circumstances of the case.

If approved, refunds will be processed using the original method of payment and may take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
